Nourishing Your Spirit With Yoga
Tap into your spirit during this weekend of mindful yoga and meditation.
Many parts of the body, mind and spirit may need an increase in energy and healing. With the use of Yoga asana, deep cleansing breathing and meditation, we will begin to connect to our spirits and explore self-empowerment. Students will be challenged to access their whole being. We will use Yoga as a tool for cleansing the emotional and mental blocks that limit and dictate their lives. Yoga classes with Mary will be two hours long, Friday will have an afternoon class, Saturday two classes and Sunday one. Each day Mary will offer a variety of guided meditations. There will be some free time for students to absorb their personal work, receive bodywork and enjoy Heartwood's beauty and silence.
